New York Mills Village Court

      Pleased be advised that the Village of New York Mills will be separating it's court dates into Traffic and Criminal.

TRAFFIC COURT - 3:00 PM

Will continue to be held MONDAY on the following dates for 2011:

January 3rd & 24th

February 7th & 28th

March 7th & 21st  

April 4th & 18th

May 2nd & 16th

June 6th & 20th

July 11th & 25th

August 1st & 15th

September 12th & 26th

October 3rd & 17th 

November 14th 

December 12th 

CRIMINAL COURT - 3:30 PM (including DWI)

Will be held on WEDNESDAY on the following dates for 2011:

January 19th ONLY

February 2nd & 16th

March 2nd, 16th & 30th 

April 13th & 27th

May 11th & 25th

June 1st & 15th

July 6th & 20th

August 10th & 24th

September 7th & 21st

October 12th & 26th

November 9th & 23rd

December 7th & 28th

The District Attorney will be present at all court dates and the public defender will be present at Criminal Court.

 Fines can be paid with cash, money order, Visa/Mastercard or ATM Card (the card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo)

         Please do not call the Village Clerk's Office with questions concerning the Court.  The Village Clerk's Office has nothing to do with the Village Court.  Thank you.
