§ 52-6. Restrictions on
outdoor fires.
No person
shall burn trash, lumber, leaves, straw, brush, grass or other refuse or any
other combustible material in the outdoors anywhere in the Village except a
barbecue fire or a fire for the cooking of food and then only in a fireplace or
other fireproof container or barbecue pit which shall not be located near or
adjacent to any inflammable material or structures so as to constitute a fire
hazard.
§ 52-7. Fire Chief to
prohibit all outdoor fires under special conditions.
The Fire
Chief may prohibit any or all outdoor fires when atmospheric conditions or
local circumstances make such fires hazardous.
