§ 70-1. Short title.
This chapter
shall be known and may be cited as the "New York Mills Building Code
Enforcement Ordinance."
§ 70-2. Purpose.
The purpose
of this chapter is to provide for enforcement procedures in the Village of New
York Mills of the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code effective January
1, 1984, and all rules and regulations and all amendments thereto.
