§ 162-4. Limitation of
use, exception.
A. Village
real property users. The use of Village trunk sewers and public sewers
tributary thereto shall be strictly limited and restricted, except as provided
in Subsection B hereof, to receive and accept the discharge of sewage,
industrial wastes and other wastes generated on, or discharged from, real
property lying within the bounds of the Village.
B. Permit
for outside users. The discharge of sewage, industrial wastes and other wastes
generated on or discharged from real property lying outside the bounds of the
Village shall be made only with express consent of the Village Board and
Superintendent and upon the issuance of a permit setting forth the terms and
conditions for such discharge.
§ 162-5. Health
regulations.
All
requirements, directives and orders calling for the mandatory use of the
Village and county trunk sewers or public sewers tributary thereto for the
proper discharge of sewage, industrial wastes and other wastes compatible with
these rules and regulations shall be established by the Village Board.
